June 18th - Udon Comics, the company who produced GIJoe vs. Transformers Volume 3: The Art of War
will be joining us at TFcon 2008. You'll be able to meet them in the dealer room offering their exclusive alternative comic covers
and talking with the fans.
June 17th - We are pleased to announce that Transformers comic book colorist Espen Grundetjern will join us for his first ever TFcon. He just moved to Toronto from Norway a week ago so this will be his first show in Canada. You will have seen his work in books such as Dreamwave's Generation 1 War and Peace, G1 Ongoing and The War Within: The Dark Ages. Stop by his table in the dealer room and say hi!
June 16th - The TFcon 2008 Live Script Reading Prelude Comic is now online. For those of you planning to audition for the Live Script Reading with Gregg Berger this weekend check it out by clicking here.
June 14th - Transformers Universe figures will be available at TFcon Toronto next weekend. While Universe has not yet hit mass retail anywhere in the world we are pleased to be able to announce that there will be Transformers Universe figures available for sale at TFcon on June 21st. On a side note we'd like to remind our American guests, a passport is only required if you are flying into Canada. Americans driving into Canada DO NOT need a passport to cross in either direction. Visitors may be asked to verify citizenship and should therefore carry any one of the following documents: birth certificate, naturalization certificate, Green Card or passport. Photo identification is also required so visitors should carry their driver’s license or other photo ID with them.
June 9th - We are pleased to announce that Matt Moylan from LilFormers.com
will be joining us at TFcon 2008. The former Dreamwave post production
manager and current marketing manager for Udon
Entertainment, will be found in the dealer room doing sketches, selling prints
and talking with the fans. In other news all preregistration numbers should have been received by now, please contact us if you didn't receive yours.
June 3rd - The deadline for submitting questions to be considered for the Hasbro Transformers Question and Answer panel at TFcon Toronto 2008 will be the end of the day Wednesday, June 4th. To submit your question(s) send us an email.
May 26th - We are pleased to make another guest announcement; Transformers Movie, Megatron Origins and Reign of Starscream artist Alex Milne will be joining us at TFcon 2008. He will be setup all day in the dealer room signing comic books, as well as doing sketches and selling prints and remaining copies of last year's TFcon Alternated Masterpiece lithograph.
May 9th - Pre-registration for TFcon 2008 will close May 31st.
Advance registration is not required to attend TFcon Toronto 2008, you can
purchase tickets at the door. However, if you wish to gain early admission to
the dealer room you must pre-register for the convention. To pre-register email
us for the necessary form. In addition the TFcon 2008 tentative event
schedule is now online for viewing.

TFcon is happy to announce that Toys "R" Us Canada will be the exclusive retail sponsor of TFcon Toronto 2008. Toys "R" Us Canada will support the convention through various means including the distributation of TFcon promotional material in Toys "R" Us stores to increase awareness of the Canadian Transformers collectors convention.

Sept 30th - The date of the 2008 TFcon has been announced. Canada's
premiere Transformers convention will return on June 21st in Toronto,
Ontario at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel Toronto Airport, 655 Dixon Road.
